At Allcom Electric we understand that electrical construction is an inherently dangerous profession that requires a rigorous and comprehensive safety program. Allcom Electric maintains a behavior-based program that engages our team members from the first day of employment and governs workplace conduct throughout their careers. We do this by having a dedicated Safety Department whom keeps each person accountable for not only their actions but the actions of their team members. We keep a strict Drug Free Workplace all team members are subject to random drug testing. Our safety objectives are:
