Project Lookback: This project had a real constraint. The hospital needed to upgrade its emergency rooms with new ceiling-mounted equipment, but the structure couldn’t support it.

The solution meant replacing a 40-foot steel girder inside a fully operational hospital, all within a tight window. It was planned out and executed over a single weekend, so the new equipment could go in and the space could function the way it was intended without disrupting patient care.

Wrapping up 100% CDs for the proposed Ossining Junior High School. The new building is planned for the end of Van Cortlandt Ave, next to Anne M. Dorner Middle School, and will span about 140,000 square feet across one to three stories. Designed to support a full student experience, it includes a cafeteria, auditorium, gymnasium, and state-of-the-art classrooms/laboratories.
