Yesterday was another stellar day to be a Marching Pioneer. Starting with Dairy Days Parade, followed by game day at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. Final score: UW-Platteville 59-University of Dubuque 0. Great job, Pioneers! Here are some photos of the band.

Attention Marching Pioneers Alumni! Come play with us!!
Would you like to perform with this year's Marching Pioneers?
Homecoming is fast approaching. On Saturday, Oct. 10, UW-Platteville will be celebrating Homecoming, and we would like to invite you to come and play with the band. There will be a mandatory rehearsal at 11 am that day at the track (just across the street from the stadium). At 12:30 pm, we will march over to the stadium. If you plan to perform with the alumni color guard, please email me at [email protected]. The songs you will be playing with us are "Shake A Tailfeather" and the School Song (we will have copies of the School Song at rehearsal). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT AND LYRE. You can find the sheet music for Shake A Tailfeather here (click on blue letters, NOT ON THE GREY BOX):

Come join us for another game day this Saturday! Here is the schedule:
Saturday, September 12
8:30 am - Sectional warm-up (in uniform) in between Karmann Library and Ullsvik
9:30 - Parade steps off
10:00(ish) - End of parade
After parade, get ready for game day
10:30- Drumline and drum majors - March of Champions
Noon - All MP members report to sectional warm up near track in full uniform
12:30 pm - Line up near shed, mini concert and march to stadium
12:50 - Pregame performance
1:00 - Game kickoff
2:15(ish) - Halftime field performance
4:00(ish) - End of game, load the shed

UW-Platteville alumni gathering at the ballpark!
Join us for the Sept 26 Brewers vs. Cardinals game, where the UW-Platteville Marching Pioneers will have the honor of performing the National Anthem before first pitch. We'd love to see you there!
For just $75, your ticket includes:
-Unlimited brats and hot dogs
