About this contest,
These contests have always been run as a free contest where everyone can show up and compete. Just bring your own bar stock.
This one is no different, it is still free to attend and compete! However, we have a friend,Darrin Schaffner, that is going to be out of work for a while and we are trying to have a small fund raiser for him and his family to try and help with the extra expenses that come along with not working (deductibles,feeding your family at the hospital etc.)

So we are asking anyone that is able to donate a $50 entry fee to go directly to the family. Because of these there will be prizes that will be given to first place in the novice and the open. These are being generously donated by Yukon Forge and John McNerney. If we have a large turnout we will have a second place prize as well!

Everyone is welcome! Please feel free to donate even if you are not able to attend or compete!
