Located in Plano,Texas and established in April of 2003, FIB-X is comprised of dedicated individuals with over 30 years experience in the art of FIB nano-fabrication. We understand that in order for us to succeed, our customers must succeed. This is why quality of service and attention to detail are the primary focus of this company. FIB-X is constantly developing new techniques and expanding the

knowledge base that is necessary for high yield design modifications in an ever increasingly difficult field. Recently added to our services, FIB-X now offers support to the Oil and Gas Industry. Services include comprehensive High resolution SEM (electron microscope) MAPS, imaging over large areas for pore analysis using a high contrast back scatter detector that is compatible with Microsoft's HD View. High speed, low cost, fast analysis brings digital rock capability at a price you can afford. EDS elemental maping combined with pore identification and organic compositions.
