Hello, Jon here. I am hiring full and part time help in the shop. On the job training, I’d like some shop experience obviously, but if you are brand new, I can train you how to wash parts and use the glass bead machine for starters. It’s a dirty job cleaning blocks and heads, but it’s very important. I’ll even show you how to pressure test and do crack detection. Maybe even assemble some valves in a cylinder head. All this stuff is super simple it’s just honest hard work. I am willing to pay good money for good help. We have a great customer base, workflow, and I want to process more jobs here at the shop. We have a whole separate division called www.SubieMachine.com which is jammin with Subaru blocks and heads. I am also building all the crate engines for www.SynergyEngines.com which has become a magnet for Toyota 7MGTE and Nissan VQ37 builds. I’m having to turn builds down 🤷♂️.

PS I just picked up a massive shot blast machine that will process big blocks. I also picked up a decent seat and guide machine (DCM Tech) which is completely tooled out with Performance CBN everything and anything we want. So if your a cylinder head rock star you can book some hours doing seat pockets, guides, etc the tooling is here. ( thats a big deal 🤗)
