🍩 DONUTS vs. ICE CREAM! 🍦

A little friendly competition is heating up (or cooling down!) between our Plainfield and Pendleton offices!

Each month, our Plainfield office celebrates employee birthdays with donuts. Not to be outdone, our smaller Pendleton crew has started a birthday tradition of their own — ICE CREAM! 🍦

Now we're settling the debate once and for all. Which office has the better birthday treat?

🍩 TEAM PLAINFIELD: Hit ❤️ for DONUTS!

🍦 TEAM PENDLETON: Hit 🥰 (Care) for ICE CREAM!

Let the sweetest office rivalry begin! May the best treat win! 🏆

Happy Employee Ownership Month! 🎉

We kicked off October at The ESOP Association's Great Lakes Regional Conference, learning alongside employee-owners from across the region about what it really means to be an owner.

In 2022, rather than risk Banning being bought by another company, Jeff Banning chose to make our employees the owners through an ESOP. Today, Banning Engineering is 100% employee-owned, and we're proud of it!

We came home with a ton of ideas and even more excitement for the month ahead. We are celebrating all month long! 😊

Congratulations, Todd, on an amazing accomplishment and a new Indiana record!

2,074 pounds. One pumpkin. We’re still trying to wrap our heads around it. 🎃🏆
