It's that time of year where the whole team comes together to celebrate all the wins and successes shared. Last weekend we celebrated our annual company Oktoberfest party with employees and their significant others. There's nothing better than a little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and a reminder that we work with some pretty great people. PROST to another great Oktoberfest in the books!

We like to diversify the business every once in a while and last week this included a LEMONADE STAND. And you know the saying...when life gives you lemons, you setup an adorable stand in the yard and serve lemonade to your coworkers, neighbors and friends. Special shoutout to the Plainfield Industrial Park businesses and our friends at the Plainfield Police Department for stopping by.

What do you get when you bring together 55 employees, 2 manufacturing teams, and 1 search for an excuse to party outside? A pretty great Christmas in July! 🎄☀️

The Westminster Tool and Winthrop Tackle teams came together for our annual summer cookout filled with a spin. We celebrated a lot of wins so far this year with great food, fun games, tropical holiday spirit, and a chance to connect and learn from one another.

Who says you have to wait until December to celebrate?

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo today with a full employee-cooked spread—featuring (alcohol-free) margaritas, homemade barbacoa, carnitas, and al pastor 🌮🌮🌮
