Been a busy month here at TFI. For Staples Office Supplies we are finishing up a sweep of 14 Front End Queuing remodels. By moving customer service counters, modifying the Best Tech areas and relocating checkouts, we improved the the flow at the checkouts. With the ultimate goal of make customer wait time shorts at the same time improving impulse sales.

At the same time completed 8 Best Tech remodels. Which greatly improved the technology area of the stores. Giving customers a wider variety of tech products to choose from. Improving shop-ability by better improving traffic flow in these areas. Also with that a signage and graphic upgrade.

Our teams done a fantastic job with both of these projects. Job well done people.

Just finished installing millworks in an Oak Street Health clinic in Philadelphia, PA. Building was running a little behind schedule. That didn't keep us from finishing up our part on-time and keeping the overall project on schedule.

Just completed rebuilding Staples in Wilkes Barre, PA after being damaged in the June 13th tornado.

Now that we done with Staples, we will be moving over to Dicks Sporting Goods to begin rebuilding.

We just finished up two Front End Remodels for Staples. Both of them were in Staten Island, NY. Doing away with the old individual check outs and moving to a more efficient straight line check out lane. Making more floor space available for merchandise, and displays.

03/05/2018

TFI completed a Front End Remodel in Staples store #912 in Rockville, MD. This project included the removal of old check-out stands and installing new ones in a new configuration. Incorporating a new and better queuing system that will expedite customers through the checkout lines. Also included in this remodel was re-configuring the copy center slightly to expand the PC rental stations, making more PC’s available for customer use.
