CB & Sons Equipment Company is a small business that specializes in the rental of Finn mulch blowing equipment. Additionally, our staff is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds here in Pittsfield, NH. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the following position, full OR part time.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance Associate
This job will entail:
1) The maintenance (both yearly/winter and post-rental) of our mulch blower fleet. The applicant should be mechanically inclined and have knowledge of basic shop tools and their functions, no specific mechanical history is required, we will teach you. Additionally, a qualified candidate must be willing to meet with customers from time to time for both rental pick up and returns. Our busy season runs from 4/1 = 7/15 and as such we will be required to work every Saturday during this period, and an occasional Sunday (for full time positions, you will still receive a minimum of two days off during the seven day period). During the remainder of the year, full time hours are Monday through Friday, part time help hours will vary.
2) The maintenance of the buildings and grounds. This will include mowing, w**d control, painting and other basic maintenance duties.
A qualified candidate will:
1) Have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
2) Have some mechanical ability.
3) Be willing to work hours as described above (part time is flexible)
4) Be extremely well organized.
The rate of pay is very competitive and is based on background and experience. Full time employees will also enjoy a bonus plan, paid vacation time, and the potential for profit sharing. We do not offer health insurance.
