Another excavator bucket in the shop for a full makeover!

This one came in for some serious repair. The original 3/4” edge broke clean off the bucket. We installed a new 1” cutting edge, new ESCO ultralok teeth and adapters, a new floor, and a full AR400 wear package across the bottom with heel shrouds to give it plenty more life in the dirt. This setup is a full step up from the factory spec to classify this now as a “severe” duty bucket.

Heavy equipment takes a beating — we build and repair it accordingly.

It has been a WHILE since we first posted about this trailer, and we are not completely finished with it just yet, but wanted to make a progress post!

This East dump trailer from Johns Building Supply came in ready for a full rebuild a few months ago, and that’s exactly what it got. We went through the trailer from front to back, replacing all worn-out/corroded components with all new parts and getting everything back into proper working order.

Today we finally finished installing the body back onto the framerails, and got the wheels back from Black Gold Polishing to give it some character!

A rebuild like this is the first of its kinda for us, but we are very happy so far with the progress, thank you to Johns Building Supply for trusting us with this project, cant wait to get the final new parts installed 👀 STAY TUNED

Todays custom handrail project completed at this cabin in Becket MA 🌳

With the existing stone steps and layout, there wasn’t a simple railing that was going to fit easily. We brought the welding truck in and measured, fabricated, and welded everything right on site to follow the existing steps and surroundings.

The finished handrails provide a much safer way up and down while keeping a simple, clean look that fits the property.

From straightforward handrails to one-off fabrication, we’re equipped to build custom products right at the job site when needed.

Another custom build out the door. 🔥

This fire truck pump test chute / water diffuser was built completely from scratch in-house out of aluminum, for VRS Sales in Clifton Park

Designed to take the high-volume water during pump testing and efficiently diffuse the water down into the pit instead of damaging the walls. This was a replacement for an original setup that they had, and was failing, this entire setup was custom fabricated to fit the application.

We’re always up for the oddball jobs you can’t just order out of a catalog.
