One trailer after another lately!

This aluminum dump trailer frame is in the shop for some MAJOR repairs👇🏼

💥All new rear hinge assembly and new aluminum frame sections

💥All new axle hangers as well as bushings

💥Full removal/installation of the steel pin plate and crossbars with all new material

💥Complete overhaul of the suspension/brake system with all new parts

💥Full inspection for any small/minor cracks in the aluminum

The body itself and frame of this unit are in pristine condition, but unfortunately when steel parts attached to aluminum start to oxidize, the end result is never good😬

However, by the time it leaves our shop they will have a brand new trailer!

To wrap up the week, we had some repairs to do for D Condron Construction 🚧

This lowbed came in with severely rusted axle hangers/ suspension mounts that had seen better days. After cutting out all the rotten material, we installed new hangers and got everything aligned and welded back to spec.

A job like this isn’t just about making it look good — it’s about putting a trailer back on the road safely and giving it years of life left to work.

More work for the Town of Dalton! 🚧

This dump truck stopped by the shop to get ready for paving season. We fabricated and installed a custom removable asphalt apron, designed to be quickly removed when the truck transitions back to winter operations.

Built from scratch in-house, this setup gives the crew the functionality they need during paving season without sacrificing versatility the rest of the year.
