Today we took a trip over to Rotterdamn NY for an install with our friends at Shakerly Fire Truck Sales on this rescue engine for the Schonowe Fire Department 🚒🚒

Today we wrapped up this clean access ramp project at Lakecrest Condos in Pittsfield for MAK Landscape Excavation

These steel ADA handrails were fully fabricated and painted in-house/on site for a precise fit and clean finish. The combination of fresh concrete, beautiful masonry work, and durable steel railings came together great on this one. 💪🏼

Today we completed the new floor on this tri axle dump for 🚧

We used 1/4” AR400 plate for the floor and the side gussets. This floor should last them quite some time!!

With 2 welders running at the same time we were able to get this truck in and out to reduce as much downtime as possible

We used 1/4” AR400 plate for the floor and the side gussets. This floor should last them quite some time!!

With 2 welders running at the same time we were able to get this truck in and out to reduce as much downtime as possible

Busy few days in the weld shop!

A few pictures showing a sneak peek of the new NM Welding Truck! The peterbilt is definitely going to be an upgrade from the trusty international, and much more room to do mobil service/fabricating💪🏼

A set of ADA ramp railing posts ready to be installed beginning of next week. Our “SawMan”, Owen really showed some pride building and finishing all of these parts.

We have yet ANOTHER, tri axle dump truck in the shop, this time we are working in the bed. This truck from 1st Cut Construction is getting a full new AR400 1/4” floor and side gussets.

Stay tuned for the final results for three different and fun projects we have going on right now!

Fun one today!! 🪝

5 pike pole heads custom made, some may say “crafted”, for Onyx Specialty Papers in Lee. Normally known as a tool for the fire service, they also have some use in other applications!

These were custom made because they needed a heavier built design than they sell for an ordinary pike pole.

And ANOTHER tri axle in for some protection between the wheels!

This truck is from 2nd Alarm Trucking, they were having issues with the brake cans getting damaged from paving operations

Our solution is a 3/4” steel plate welded to frame and braced heavy so that if hit it will move the entire truck before a paver can damage the brakes. Some trucks have different configuration of brakes/suspension, the plates work to protect both!
