Gateway Project Manager Jayson Livingston attended the ribbon cutting for the Master Builders' Association Builders Plaza, celebrating the relocation of The Builders sculpture and the completion of a new parklet.

Originally dedicated in 1984, the bronze sculpture by George Danhires honors the people who helped shape Pittsburgh through its two renaissances.

Gateway helped bring this project from concept to completion, providing landscape architecture, site civil, structural, and surveying services. Thank you to our project team and all those involved in bringing this project to life, including Mascaro Construction Company, LP and REPCO II.

People Behind the Projects: Nathan

Nathan has been fishing since he was 6 years old, growing up on the lakes and rivers of Western Pennsylvania. Over the years, his passion has taken him across the country, from Alaska to Wyoming and everywhere in between.

He has been fishing tournaments on and off for about 15 years and returned to competition this year in the Keystone Bass Kayak Series, earning the overall championship title for the season and finishing third in the Angler of the Year race.

Nathan also makes his own fishing lures and sponsors the series, providing gifts and prizes for fellow anglers. During this year's championship, every fish he caught was caught using one of his own creations.

Congratulations, Nathan, on an incredible season!

Our geotechnical team is in Economy Borough supporting a new Weaver Homes residential development as crews place fill to prepare the site for future homes.

Through soil evaluations and site preparation guidance, our geotechnical services help establish stable ground conditions for building foundations, laying the groundwork for homes built to serve the community for years to come.

Gateway was the presenting sponsor for this morning’s Pittsburgh Business Times Corridors of Opportunity event, held at City Winery Pittsburgh, highlighting the Strip District as one of Pittsburgh’s key growth corridors.

Gateway General Counsel Bill Lestitian kicked off the event with sponsor remarks before a panel of experts discussed the collaborative efforts shaping the future of the Strip District and its continued development as a vibrant part of Pittsburgh.

Gateway is in Whitehall Borough conducting inlet inspections as part of the Borough’s MS4 program.

By taking a closer look at the storm sewer network, our team gathers information that can help the Borough better understand existing infrastructure, identify areas for maintenance, and comply with MS4 permit regulations through support of ongoing stormwater management.
