The outer ring of this special addition to the ballpark was forged by ATI using the same specialty materials found in critical aerospace structures.

President of ATI Specialty Alloys & Components, Trevor Giroux, recently spoke at Linn-Benton Community College in honor of Career Technical Education Signing Day.

This event celebrates incoming students dedicating themselves to pursuing a career in technical education, supporting the work we do each day. ATI is creating critical parts for critical missions, but that would not be possible without the knowledge and skills that our Proven Performers bring.

ATI's Specialty Rolled Products team is helping shape future Proven Performers through WQED's Design Lives Here program.

This initiative engages more than 4,000 Pittsburgh-area students in grades 5-8 through engineering challenges, mentorship, and collaborative real-world problem solving.

ATI's Director of Purchasing and Oregon State University alum Paris Hirschberg (fourth from the left) recently visited his alma mater to share his career journey with current students in the Oregon State University Honors College.

Paris also shared how ATI’s approach to strategic procurement strengthens partnerships, drives performance, and supports long-term growth.

His visit reinforces ATI’s role as an industry leader investing in the next generation of talent and ideas.

We are proud to invest in the next generation of Proven Performers in our local communities.

We’re incredibly grateful to ATI Materials for presenting a $10,000 gift to support student scholarships at LBCC. This gift launches the ATI Proven To Perform Manufacturing Excellence Scholarship, a new designated scholarship supporting students pursuing careers in welding, non-destructive testing, mechatronics, and machine tool technology.

By investing in Oregon residents, ATI is helping strengthen our local workforce and empowering future talent to build meaningful, high-performance careers in the industrial trades. Beginning this upcoming spring cycle, the scholarship will fund two $5,000 awards for LBCC students.
