We’re looking for an honest, detail-oriented Office Manager to help lead daily operations in our growing small business! If you’re highly organized, financially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment — we’d love to meet you.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily office operations.
• Manage bookkeeping & financials in QuickBooks.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Create customer estimates in Excel & assist with job costing.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients & team members.
• Support ownership with projects and operational tasks.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Office management or administrative leadership experience.
• Strong QuickBooks & payroll knowledge.
• Excel proficiency (estimates & job costing).
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to multitask in a small team setting.
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable.
- Solid Edge design/drawing experience (preferred).
