New product day! Want to do a DBW system on your car but are scared off by having to fit a DBW throttle pedal? Boy howdy do I have the solution for you. This is a bracket which will allow you to use a Honda APP (accelerator position senaor) with your stock pedal and throttle cable. The sensor allows you to turn your regular pedal and cable into a DBW ready setup. Mount it anywhere you feel in the engine bay. It even happens to bolt up to where the stock Miata cable attaches to on the intake manifold if you're silly like that.

The step by step guide how to make a BP or B6 head fl**ge. Each fl**ge starts out as a 6lb billet and gets whittled down to roughly 1.5lb. In order for the modular runner to function reliably, tolerances matter and all critical features are fully inspected. Once machined, parts get Type II anodized per MIL-A-8625 in a ISO9001 certified facility. After anodizing the fl**ges get Buna-N o-rings installed for the runner and port seals. My goal is to deliver a part that punches well above its price point.

New product launch! This is something I have been thinking of for over a year and actively developing, prototyping, and testing full time for over 6 months!

The idea is simple. Why have an intake which corners you into just one particular setup. What if you want to try something different? What if you want to swap your 1.6L Miata motor to a 1.8? What if you want to try independent throttle bodies? Why would you want to reinvest in a whole new manifold when you do so? With this you don’t have to.

At the core, this is an intake manifold sandbox. The head fl**ge, runners, plenum, and throttle body are separate pieces. All can be selected and swapped at any time. Are you doing an engine swap? You can just swap the head fl**ge from one engine design to the next and keep the rest of the manifold as is. Have a traditional style manifold with a plenum and want to dabble with ITBs? Change the plenum for an ITB adapter and attach some Honda CBR1000 ITBs! Or try a different style plenum! Right now it is available for the 1.6 B6 and 1.8 BP engine platforms but will be expanding to others in the near future.

Outside of hardware, raw material, and anodizing, everything in this whole product line is designed and made in house, in North Carolina. Both the standard 2 crossbar roll bars and the 4 crossbar quad bars are available. Also available are rollbar crossbars which are drilled for Ram or similar lights. These crossbars are compatible with either roll bar model and have provisions for lights which utilize a 5mm/10-32 size stud.

This intake fl**ge is a first prototype for a whole new product line. Though this is slated to be a production part, we are happy to design and machine one offs as well!

Who loves developing new Clodbuster parts? We do! Roll Bars have went through numerous design iterations and production has started on two separate vintage inspired designs. Parts should be in stock in the coming week or two. Final pricing has not been set but expect the $65 range.

Have a NA/NB miata valve cover you want to customize? We now offer cnc modification services for any BP motor valve cover. In this case, Wrench wanted their logo on a Mazda 323 valve cover. This cover will be scanned for the game and needed to be aged appropriately to match the rest of the parts. We machined away the original Mazda logo, measured all of the contours of the valve cover, and then machined a new logo badge which matched the original geometry exactly. Once installed, we properly aged the new logo to match the rest of the parts.

New product alert! These are miata 1.8 NA/NB Intake and Exhaust head port blockoff plates. 1.6 and NC versions coming soon! Intended to be a better way to block the ports that shoving in rags or using tape when trying to prevent crap from falling into the open ports. Parts are CNC cut from aluminum and can stand up to use, reuse and abuse! Now for sale on my site!

Clodbuster bumpers are back in stock! Can be purchased individually ($45) or as a set ($76). The front bumper has provisions to mount directly to an aftermarket body for those folks who are not using a stock chassis. A spacer is included to allow the front bumper to sit flush against an aftermarket body. As always, parts are designed and manufactured by us here in North Carolina!
