As a world class supplier of aluminum castings, we offer castings furnished to your specifications, i.e. and delivered to you ready for application. We specialize in both low and high volume aluminum castings. We have the capabilities to produce castings in green sand, permanent mold, and incorporate automatic molding machines including a 20x24 Hunter, and a 16x20 BP, squeezers, roto-lifts, and fl

oor molding. Our goal is to provide quality castings, on time, to all customers. At Piqua emery we constantly strive to improve efficiency, and provide a safe, healthy, and rewarding workplace for our employees.

Please join me in congratulating David A Martin on 40 years of service at Piqua Emery Foundry on Tuesday august 5th. In a day and age where people change jobs more than their underwear and the art of loyalty is a forgotten trait David has remained a welcome presence inside our company. He shows up everyday and gives it 110 %, and does it with a smile. As sales manager he is loved and appreciated by our customers because of his knowledge and relatability. He also can still be seen regularly out in the shop pouring off, charging furnaces, checking castings , or even shot blasting when needed. His contribution is surely appreciated. I am thankful that Dave has chosen to call Piqua Emery home for so long. Thanks for your service and contribution David. Job well done.

Piqua Emery Foundry lost one of our own this week. “Ray Dog” was a fixture in all of our lives for 40+ years. Ray has been retired for a while now but you can’t find a single person that doesn’t have a good story about him when asked. Ray Dog could fix or build anything needed. He took so much pride in doing a great job. He was one of my dads favorite employees and friends and quickly became one of mine. I have known Ray since birth and he truly was family. All I can hope is that you found a band to jam with when you crossed heavens gates. Your contribution to Piqua Emery will never be forgotten. I will miss you buddy. RIP Dog

Piqua Emery Foundry (inc. 1920) is proud to be recognized as one of the oldest running foundries in the United States. It is always cool to see new technology being used to produce our quality castings. Here is an example of 3D printing being utilized to produce an aluminum casting with a steel insert. Always growing and investing here at PEF.
