Thank you Tom Ritter, for a monumental 30 years of service. You helped NEI grow into the organization that it is today, and none of this would have been possible without the immeasurable parts knowledge and expertise of our very own Uncle Tom.

We're going to miss you. Now go have yourself a drink. It's beer time.
