Newer rollback in for some blast and paint preventative maintenance to catch this rust before it got to bad. We blasted the bed and outer frame, epoxied and top coated. We then finished up with hitting all the bed crossmembers with cavity wax to help stop the rust from pushing out and keep the moisture off the steel. A quick wash and it’s ready to head back to work. A customer had a chemical mixture go wrong in one of there tanks and asked us if we could do anything to try and salvage it and get it back in working operation. Here are some before during and after pictures of what we were able to do, being the type of operation it was in we were not able to sandblast it but figured out other ways to get it cleaned up and back in operation for them!

Here’s a couple pictures of the final product of a job that came through our shop, we blasted and painted the frame on this truck and did the prep work and painted the tank. Here’s some before and after pictures of a small dump we redid for a great customer. We blasted the bed and frame from the cab back, coated the frame black and the bed the red of the truck to match, we then cavity waxed the rockers and cab corners and applied a wax to the frame underneath the cab to prevent future rust. A quick bath and it was ready to go back to work for its owner, thank you again for the business! Please feel free to share!
