Highland Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team! If you’re passionate about high-quality accounting, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment — we want to hear from you.
As a key contributor, you’ll own general ledger functions, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, inventory accounting, and support monthly/quarterly/annual closes. This role partners closely with operations, drives accurate financial data, and contributes to process improvements across multiple entities.

💼 Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
