🌟 AFC Future Leader Spotlight: Meet Caleb Dinn who can be found at Dekalb Farmers Cooperative - Rainsville.

Originally from Social Circle, GA, Caleb graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) with a degree in Agribusiness. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the cattle industry, he always knew he wanted to be a part of helping producers feed the world.

Caleb's passion lies in livestock production, especially beef cattle, and one of the things he loves most about agriculture is seeing the results of hard work firsthand.

💭"What I enjoy most about being a AFC Future Leader is helping customers find what they need to succeed in whatever walk of life they are in as well as creating relationships that will last a lifetime."

We're excited to have Caleb helping cultivate meaningful life on and off the farm. Thanks for all you do, Caleb! 👏

🌟AFC Future Leader Spotlight: Jackson Barber's passion for ag took root while working at his hometown Co-op in Piedmont, AL. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Crop and Soil Sciences, he returned to the Co-op system, now at Randolph Farmer’s Co-op, helping local farmers build successful growing seasons.

💭"Agriculture is constantly changing and having to adapt to whatever the newest strategy for success is."

With a passion for w**d identification, plant protection and crop nutrition, Jackson enjoys helping producers find solutions that fit their operations as well as building lasting relationships with the farmers he serves.

We're proud to have Jackson as part of our AFC Future Leaders Program and can't wait to see the difference he'll continue to make in Alabama agriculture.

Help us give Jackson a warm welcome in the comments! 👏
