Russo Modular has extensive experience in factory-built structures which are approved by state specific Commercial Modular programs and are fully permitted. Our factory-built buildings are constructed according to the highest standards of each state’s building code. We also typically can deliver a completed project in an average of 6-8 weeks. We can use your specific plans or our in-house program,

which allows us to custom design factory built modular homes or permanent structures across industries. We have zero weather delays in construction, since every one of our client’s factory built structures are erected in our large facility. We do not have labor, contractor, or skilled trade issues, as all our personnel at RJ Russo are completely trained and certified.

ATR just locked in Camp Wood for five more years — and we're taking it back to Prescott this April.

We've signed a 5-year operating agreement with the Prescott National Forest, securing the future of the Russo Modular Camp Wood Enduro through 2030. Off-road access is disappearing across the country. This is the other side of that story — built on nearly 20 years of riders, volunteers, and land managers working together.

13 tons. One crane. One afternoon in Kalispell, Montana.

Last week, a Stonehouse Coffee Shots kiosk built at our Phoenix facility made the trip north — loaded on a truck, lifted by crane, and set onto its foundation at the South Kalispell Town Pump. No snow days for this crew.

This is what factory-built construction looks like in the field. Precision work done in a controlled environment, delivered ready to go.
