Happy Independence Day! As we celebrate America's 250th anniversary, we're reminded that one of our nation's greatest traditions is coming together to serve others.

This year, 9/11 Day is partnering with America250 and expanded its Meal Pack events to inspire service and civic engagement across the country. As a Platinum National Sponsor of 9/11 Day, Reliance encourages our Family of Companies to participate in the 29 cities where we have a presence – including 10 new locations! This September, we'll join volunteers across the country for what is expected to be the largest day of volunteerism in U.S. history, packing nutritious meals for families while honoring the spirit of unity and compassion that emerged in the days following September 11.

Registration for Meal Packs opens on Monday, July 6 – keep an eye on our company intranet (RSPACE) for details.

In the meantime, however you celebrate – with fireworks, going to a parade, spending time with family and friends – have a safe, wonderful 4th of July long weekend. Happy 250th Birthday, America!

For our first-ever Global Volunteer Month, we set an ambitious goal: 5,000 volunteer hours.

Together, the Reliance Family exceeded it – contributing 6,910 hours of service through 80 volunteer events in communities across North America and beyond. From assembling care kits and writing letters of encouragement to creating toys for animal shelters and countless other acts of service, our employees demonstrated what it truly means to put into action.

This , Reliance, Inc., is celebrating families everywhere and the incredible resilience and strength they show every day. We’re honored to partner with Ronald McDonald House as they launch their first global spokesfamily, elevating the voices and stories of families they serve around the world.

This is a moment that brings our mission to life in a whole new way.

Today, on The Jennifer Hudson Show, we introduced our first-ever global spokesfamily: the McBrides.

In an intentional decision to choose family over fame, Jules, Jevon, and Juliana are using their voices to represent the millions of families who turn to Ronald McDonald House each year.

Their story is deeply personal, but it’s also universal. Every day, families around the world face the reality of having a child who is seriously ill or injured. And every day, we see the difference it makes when families can stay together.

From a 105-day initial stay to the many returns that followed, the McBrides know what it means to have a place where families can stay close, stay supported, and stay strong.

Over the next year, they’ll help us tell that story – amplifying the hope, strength, and resilience that define the families we serve around the world.

From late November through December last year, something special sparked across Reliance – and it wasn’t just holiday cheer. It was the power of generosity in action during our third annual Reliance Cares Giving Season campaign.

Every U.S.-based employee in the Reliance Family of Companies received $25 in company-funded charitable giving dollars to donate to a cause of their choice – and our people showed up in a big way. The result?

✨ Nearly 10,000 employees took part in the campaign
✨ 73% participation – a 10% increase from 2024
✨ $250,000 given back to communities where we live and work
✨ 8 subsidiaries and 112 locations reached 100% participation

These numbers tell an incredible story – but the real impact lives in the kindness shared, the pride in helping others, and the reminder that even small acts can create meaningful change.

At Reliance, opportunity has a way of finding people who raise their hand, lean in, and say “yes” to new challenges. Jaime Brown's journey to the Reliance Corporate Social Responsibility team is a great example of what’s possible when passion meets opportunity.

Last October, Jaime joined Reliance Corporate as a CSR Specialist after 19 years with Hagerty Steel & Aluminum Company, one of Reliance’s Family of Companies, as the Office Manager. Her move reflects both her initiative and Reliance’s long-standing commitment to growing talent from within.

Jaime’s CSR story began three years ago when she said “yes” to joining the program’s Launch Team, and later, its Guiding Group to further shape its development. Her passion and leadership were apparent over this time, and when an opening became available on the Reliance CSR team, Jaime was a natural fit.

Today, we’re thrilled to welcome Jaime to the Reliance Corporate Social Responsibility team. Her 19 years of local-level experience bring a valuable perspective that will help shape the program’s growth for years to come. Most of all, her story reinforces an important truth at Reliance: opportunity is here for those who are willing to grow, contribute, and follow their passions.
