One of our crews finished up a 40’ x 60’ x 16’ building kit in Phoenix today for a local communications company. This building kit will house portable power units and cooking units for emergencies. It features (3) 12’ x 14’ garage doors, and 4070 service door, and an upgraded energy saver roof insulation system. Here is another Forest Lakes project we completed recently. This building is full custom 22’ x 40’ with a 15’ eve height. It featured 4010 day light windows, and two insulated sectional doors. We finished up another building package in Payson AZ recently! This is a 30’ x 55’ x 18’ building kit that is now being framed on the inside for a 1500 sq ft barndo! It’s always makes for a great week when we finish up another perfectly situated and color coordinated building! This 40’ x 50’ x 18’ building kit was completed this week by one of our crews in Heber AZ. It features a 15’ gable extension to create extra coverage out front of the garage doors and also add an awesome look! We also added (2) 12’ x 14’ insulated sectional doors and (1) 10’ x 10’ insulated door. We handled every aspect of this project from building design- completion. We are so thankful for each and every customer we had in 2025. It was a year full of growth, lessons, and achievements. We have learned as a company, grown together, and worked hard to get through any obstacles that came our way. Our employees who work tirelessly everyday and put their heart and soul into each project is a true blessing in itself. I wish I had the words to express my gratitude towards them. We are a family ran company and each employee is part of this family.

We are going to go into 2026 we the same mindset as last year. Focus on the details, do the best we can to make customers happy, forever show gratefulness, trust in god to get us through the tough times thank him for blessing us with the good times. And do our best to deliver the highest quality metal building or steel fabricated product in the state.

Had a chance to stop by a project we had the privilege of erecting for a company out of the east valley. To see the transformation of this project from a vacant lot to a full service custom car shop is incredible. This project/ building has all the awesome features including tons of details like cantilevered over hangs around entrance ways to changing elevations throughout the roof. For Respect to the customer we are not posting any interior pictures. But, they did an outstanding job from top to bottom. What a great feeling to be apart of this one! One of our crews wrapped up this 50’ x 60’ steel building kit just in time for Christmas! This building features (3) 12’ x 14’ insulated garage doors, and (1) 12’ x 12’ door. We added a few day light windows and a 3040 for an interior enclosed work force. The insulation package was upgraded in the ceiling to an r30 to make this building more efficient in the valley sun!
