Dunlop Customs has current certifications in the areas of welding/fabrication. Dunlop Customs takes great pride is taken in safety, product quality, and honest business practices. RADIATOR / FAN upgrade on the shop buggy is almost complete. Time to wire in a fan speed controller and make a new expansion tank to fit. This should fix the overheating issues we have been unable to solve with the small single fan setup we had been running.

The portal trail car shakedown went off without a hitch! 👊 A few weeks back, we reworked the rear with a 4-link setup, and Chad was so stoked with the car’s new handling characteristics that he decided it was time to bring the front up to speed too.

So—we cut off the old 3-link and reengineered the front suspension into a battle-built 4-link setup 💪. While we were in there, we took the opportunity to upgrade to 3x9 rams, giving the car 44% more push power. That extra muscle is going to help both the car and the driver on the trail.

The upgraded steering now has the strength to move the car with ease and, thanks to the increased oil volume, it delivers a smoother, more controlled feel.
