Some exhaust work on a truck. Custom step headers into 3.5 inch exhaust. Turned out pretty sweet. This truck is going to be running the 7.3 Godzilla ford big block.

A little throwback Thursday showing how the rear frame is done on the dually. The factory frame is stepped up to clear the axle with no need for a frame notch. This makes room for the four link and also allows the factory bed floor to be bolted down just like factory. All the frame plates are boxed and doubled with 1/4 inch. This setup has been by far the best I’ve done on one of these trucks.

I’ve been working on this little sculpture for a couple days now. It’s a 5 inch intake tube that splits off into two 4 inch tubes with dual filters for a sand car. The car was already tight for space before the new giant super charger was added. I had to do some creative things to get the tube to flow where it needed to go. It should suck pretty good though.

This thing gets no love. Need to take another run at it and get it cleaned up and get the ac working. Tires still look brand new but are outdated and starting to separate. Getting tired of walking past this thing everyday and not being able to hop in it and cruise.

This damn Tahoe has got me pulling my hair out. Chasing down problems that most likely has to do with the whole front end being smashed. Really hoping the smashed ECM is the reason it has a misfire. Otherwise this things probably going to be ON FIRE!!🤣🤣

Getting the air management layout dialed in. Few more adjustments to make and it will be ready to weld.

Got square body in here for some updates. Trucks super dope. I did work on the front of this truck about 10 years ago. Good to get my hands on it again. Gettting the old air management torn down today. Also don’t be a dick when you welding and grinding on peoples vehicles, cover up the glass so it doesn’t end up with metal blasted all over it. 🤘🤘🤘

Well the time has come to move this thing down the road. I’ve got numerous other projects that will come before this and I just don’t see any time for it coming up. I’d rather not list it on marketplace and deal with all the ridiculous questions. The truck is a 65 Gmc big back window original short bed (not cut down longbed). It has an all american billlet front crossmember and custom 4 link/watts link rear suspension. I have a bunch of other parts that can go with the truck depending on the buyers budget. I would really love to build this truck for someone if that is also considered. The price will depend on how much of the truck you want. Purely out of necessity i had to build fixtures and produce some engine mounts for these gm trucks. The factory mounts are hydraulic junk. These mounts are for the 2015-2020 gm SUVs and 2014-2018 gm trucks. I am adding a bit of power to this 2016 Tahoe and plan to do some offroad driving with it so now was the best time to address the issue. These mounts will be available for purchase shortly.
