Our Story

HILGARTWILSON was founded by Ron Hilgart and Darrell Wilson as part of an enduring commitment to provide exemplary consulting services in civil engineering, land use planning, surveying and construction management. Formed in 2009 in the midst of the Great Recession, both individuals faced economic uncertainty, but had an unwavering commitment to their clients and their projects. In less than a decade, they have grown the company into the leading firm in Arizona that provides innovative and quality designs delivered with a focus on client service and satisfaction.

At HILGARTWILSON, we approach each project as a partnership with our client. Projects are viewed through the lens of our clients. We create efficient designs, ensure timely ex*****on of the project, and lead our clients’ interests on technical issues through advocacy. The result is that HILGARTWILSON has been afforded trust with our clientele to work on some of the largest and most prestigious master planned communities, as well as retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed-used developments and public works projects throughout the state of Arizona.

When founding HILGARTWILSON, both Darrell and Ron committed to focus on the spirit of partnerships that, in addition to our clients, extend to both our people and our community.
