After 29 years with Dibble, Stephanie Munoz is beginning a new chapter—one with more time for family, herself, and the things that matter most.
Stephanie started her Dibble journey as a marketing intern when the firm had just 20 employees. Nearly three decades later, she leaves her mark on a company approaching 200 people—and on the countless clients, partners, colleagues, and communities she has impacted along the way.
Stephanie played an important role in the growth of our firm—identifying opportunities, connecting the right people, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the strategy and messaging behind key pursuits. Along the way, she also mentored the next generation and consistently stepped up wherever she was needed.
Most importantly, she lived our values every day—with professionalism, flexibility, generosity, and a genuine commitment to the people around her.
We’re incredibly grateful for the 29 years Stephanie shared with Dibble. We’ll miss her more than words can say, but we’re even more excited to see what this next chapter brings.
