Maximizing HVAC installation quality with Rheia Verify at the Rough-In Stage.

The increased adoption of new technologies that help HVAC contractors is encouraging. Some great tools are available to help run a better business, manage jobs and crews, improve the equipment start-up process, and provide better customer service.

One powerful tool that’s making a difference in the residential new construction segment is Rheia Verify, a free tool for new construction HVAC contractors to manage and balance their Rheia air distribution system installations. Typically used on completion of the home during equipment start-up, Rheia Verify is an easy-to-use balancing process. But it doesn't only have to be done at system start-up. Using Rheia Verify during the rough-in stage also makes a lot of sense. The HVAC technician can measure the airflow balance and use it to check installation quality by identifying and correcting issues that impact airflow performance early before the drywall goes up saving time, money, and resources. It can be used as a spot check for a new plan, or on every installation as needed. How valuable would it be to discover a pinched or damaged duct before drywall versus after?

The rough-in stage is a great time to fine-tune HVAC system installs, and Rheia Verify makes it easier than ever.
