Overview: We are a new metal fabrication shop with a huge potential for growth, looking for talented and driven individuals to help us grow and take on larger, more challenging projects. We specialize in modifying shipping containers to be used in new build construction projects, therefore the majority of the work revolves around metal fabrication for building components.

Duties: Work under the shop manager to assist fabrication efforts. Fabrication of steel architectural elements from start to finish to drawing specifications. Duties may include; moving, cutting, grinding steel. As well as forklift operation, general shop organization, and maintenance coordinating material orders, and other duties related to metal shop daily operations.

Skills: Must be proficient at MIG welding. Ability to read and understand shop drawings. Flexibility and a good attitude, power tool functions, and operation, ability to lift weight, and operate safely within a fabrication environment. Must have reliable means for transportation.

Experience: 2 Years minimum MIG welding experience. Power Tool Operation Required, metal fabrication experience required
