We recently engineered direct-driven, 51” diameter fans for an industrial kiln application in the pollution control industry. These fans generate process air for kilns that produce ceramic catalyst materials, which are critical components used in SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and CO₂ capture systems.

Key features include:
-Stainless steel alloy airstream materials for continuous operation at 1275°F with a 1500°F maximum design
-5” thick casing insulation with cladding to ensure operator safety and reduce system heat loss
-Precision-engineered for high performance in extreme temperatures

Foundries are a critical foundation piece to manufacturing, providing cast components for automotive, industrial machinery, tooling and construction to name a few. The casting process gives off gases, fumes and dust that all need to be captured to provide a safe working environment and clean uncontaminated products.

IAP has well established relationships with experts in fume & dust collection system design who are able to correctly size hoods, ductwork, collectors and IAP fans to create safe, clean and efficient industrial work environments.
