Our Principal, Oliver Wischmeyer, has worked in the architectural industry for 18+ years and has experience on a wide variety of project types including retail, mixed use, housing, tenant fit-out, higher education, and sports and recreation complexes. His housing projects span from single family and urban infill multi-family to senior living and apartment complexes. Oliver's diverse commercial experience includes projects as complex as a federal government office building and neighborhood catalysts like retail shopping centers in North Philadelphia. Recently Oliver’s focus has been on office fit-outs, retail and multi-family housing
Oliver has built a reputation for delivering complete and detailed drawing sets and for effectively coordinating with consultants and contractors. Those qualities control building costs for his clients and form the foundation of partnerships, which is why OW3 clients are return clients. Oliver is a registered Architect in PA, DE, NJ, VA and the District of Columbia and is a member in good standing the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
