This was a short run of custom stainless steel equipment hinges for a semiconductor fab in Oregon. We machined the bases with a mill, cut the all-thread and dowel pins with a precision saw and TIG welded everything in place with custom fixturing, before going into our cleanroom for final clean and packaging.

Being in business for over 13 years has been quite the adventure so far. Our last facility move to Wells Branch in Pflugerville at the end of 2017 was an amazing benchmark along the way. This move provided us 5 times more shop floor space and a larger cleanroom.
