Our annual curling trip is a tradition we look forward to every year.
With the Winter Olympics underway, it was fitting to spend the day at the “club”. And after many years on the ice, we’ve developed some legitimate curling talent!

We recently celebrated another first for MTD: our very first Micro Baby Shower!

It was a joy to gather in honor of our account manager, Cheyenne Stack, as she prepares to welcome her little one. 🍼

Anyone who's had the pleasure of working with Cheyenne knows her boundless positivity, her infectious laugh, and the genuine care she brings to her customers and teammates. We're over the moon for her — and for one very lucky baby.

Sharing this moment with so many remarkable women at MTD made it even more special.

⛳ A sold-out tournament. $10,000 raised. One unforgettable day honoring Dennis Tully's legacy.

Thank you to each employee, friend, family member, industry partner, and golf buddy who joined our 4th Annual Dennis Tully Memorial Golf Tournament.

100% of proceeds go to Brake the Silence: a local nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness and su***de prevention in our schools and community. Their work brings life-saving conversations and resources directly to young people and families who need them most — a mission Dennis supported as an active committee member for years.

Every swing, smile, and cheer honored his legacy, from the costumes to the famous “Tully Mully” mulligans.

🎵 A highlight of the night: More than 20 Sig O fraternity brothers from UMass Lowell joined Darlene in their fraternity song, “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother.”

This tournament is more than golf. It’s a celebration of Dennis, a commitment to mental health, and one of the many ways we live out MTD’s core value: Be Responsible — to our customers, our employees, and the community we live in.

Congratulations to Derric Dell’Olio for being awarded MTD’s Employee of the Quarter for Q2!
The Employee of the Quarter program recognizes an employee who has gone above and beyond with their commitment, character, qualities, and actions. Employees are nominated by their colleagues through an anonymous survey, and the award recipient is recognized in front of their peers.
Derric consistently sets the bar high with his work ethic and attitude. He shows up early each day to get machines running, leads by example with positivity, and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Colleagues describe him as hardworking, dependable, and a true team player.
