After 54 years, the time has come for us to close our doors at the end of this month.
From the very beginning, the Ficklin family has been blessed by the support of this community. Your kindness, loyalty, and friendship have meant more to us than words can say. We are so grateful for every customer who became a friend and every memory made along the way.
Thank you to our employees over the years who have played a part in this as well. We couldn’t have done it without you.
For those with open accounts, letters will be sent this week with details. If you have any questions regarding our closing or about purchases before we close, please contact Jennifer Ficklin.
While our business account will remain active through the next few months, our store will not be open after August 31st.
As we close this chapter, we also want to honor where it all began: with Ivan, Ardella, Ron, Jim and Jon. Their hard work and dedication built the foundation of our family business, and their legacy lives on in the friendships and memories shared over the years.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for welcoming us into your lives and allowing us to serve you for more than five decades. We will carry the love of this community with us always.
