Kval’s 965X Door Jamb Machining Center is designed to deliver flexible, high-precision machining for a wide range of door frame applications, all within a single compact machine.

Powered by KvalCAM® software, the 965X allows operators to quickly program and machine hinge jambs, strike jambs, headers, mullions, astragals, dados, angled sill cuts, pilot holes, and more without requiring G-code experience. Its intuitive programming platform makes it easy to adapt to new hardware configurations and unique jamb designs.

The 965X features right-hand and left-hand routers to eliminate chip out, four precision chisels for accurate corner squaring, and ten vertical and horizontal clamps that securely hold material without flexing the jamb. The system is designed to accommodate material and thickness variations while maintaining consistent machining accuracy.

Kval's ON-3 Automatic Feeder and Stacker is designed to improve material flow, reduce manual handling, and help keep door production lines moving efficiently.

The ON-3 can be configured as either a feeder or a stacker, depending on your workflow needs. In feeder mode, it automatically lifts doors from stacks up to 7 feet high and places them onto a powered roll table, ready for the next machining operation. In stacker mode, it removes finished doors from the roll table and stacks them neatly at the end of the line.

The ON-3 accommodates doors up to 4 feet by 8 feet, with thicknesses from 1-3/8 inches to 2-1/4 inches and doors up to 175 pounds, all without adjustment. With a cycle time of approximately 20 seconds per door, it is well-suited for medium to high volume operations.
