Sometimes, we have employees for a good time, but not a long time. With all of our hearts, we can honestly say that the 7 years we got to spend having Mark Granata as part of our team will never feel long enough. Mark was truly one of the most positive, loyal, enthusiastic, helpful, and gracious employees that we have ever had. He was genuinely happy to come to work every day, and it showed to the people around him. If we could have extended Mark’s stay at Jerl, we would have done it in half a heartbeat. The shop won’t be the same without Mark’s smile and eternal optimism, and I’m sure the coffee won’t ever be the same either! Please join us in wishing Mark the very best in his retirement, and much joy and happiness in his new adventure in Florida!
