JOE: Has there ever been a study done on happiness as regards to the size of companies?

NAVAL: Not that I'm aware of but to me it's obvious. It's just obvious. The smaller the company, the happier you’re going to be, the more human your relations are, the less you have rules to operate under, the more flexible, the more creative, the more you’ll be treated like a human just because you’re able to do multiple things.
