er debris encountered while digging. This shovel design can be used for all personal and commercial applications. I came upon this design while working with a typical spade shovel. While prying and trying to remove a buried rock I broke the tip off. I continued to use the shovel and discovered (in my opinion) that it worked better at cutting through the dirt, breaking through roots and removing material. I took my idea to patent and am now creating this product to share with the world. All other shovel manufacturers follow the same type of spade shovel design.
