Great Lakes Lifting Solutions is looking for a reliable, safety-minded driver to haul our equipment, represent our company professionally, and support shop operations when not on the road.
This is more than just a driving job — we want someone who takes pride in the equipment, communicates well, and gets the job done the right way every time.
What the role includes:
• Delivering and picking up rental equipment safely
• Operating late-model 3/4-ton trucks with trailers under 32 feet
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections/ E-logs
• Properly securing loads and following DOT requirements
• Assisting with shop and yard responsibilities as needed
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday: Variable start times 4am-6:00 AM : 3:30 PM
• Travel required
• Limited weekend work
What we’re looking for:
• Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Safety-minded and dependable / Drug Free
• Equipment hauling / strapping experience is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge and willingness to help beyond driving
Pay & Benefits:
• Strong pay based on experience
• Over $70K/year average in the first year
• Monthly bonus after 90 days
