One of our truck drivers captured this window photo today while getting unloaded on site. With this project located about 3 hours away and totaling over 150 tons of steel, sequencing and load planning have been key to keeping the job moving smoothly. We've had great teamwork getting material where it needs to be safely and on schedule!

Being part of a build like this means more than just supplying materials, it’s contributing to something that will stand for generations! Our team fabricated and supplied the steel behind this build:
• 1,222,109 pounds of steel
• 789,735 pounds of hot-dipped galvanized steel
• 10,581 bolts holding it all together
• 10,011 pounds for the heaviest member
• 45,167 total feet of steel, over 8.5 miles

These 52’ columns recently moved through our fabrication shop! The column featured in this video is one of nine, each built with 3½” thick base plates and weighing in at over 12,000 lbs per piece. Once complete, the project will be a galvanized steel structure with precast panels installed along the face of the columns, creating a strong backdrop.

A look into the detailed model for the stair tower we recently fabricated and delivered today to site! The tower features nine total stairs, over 2,500 feet of guardrail, and more than 2,000 sq. ft. of grating used for treads and landings. The tower’s structural framing, consisting of wide fl**ge beams and columns with vertical and horizontal angle bracing, weighs over 55 tons.
