Alcast Company of Peoria, Illinois USA was founded in 1970 and is a TS 16949 registered permanent mold aluminum foundry, supplier, and manufacturer of high quality American made aluminum castings with over 110,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We currently manufacture aluminum castings up to 220 pounds in quantities of 10 to 400 and smaller castings are also produced with volumes exceeding 5

00,000 pieces per year. Our facilities also include a full CNC machine shop, therefore our permanent / semi permanent mold aluminum castings can be machined, balanced, broached, shaped and more in house. Alcast in Peoria, Illinois USA is a leading manufacturer of aluminum castings, and by using our proprietary low pressure bottom fill electro magnetic permanent molding machines our aluminum foundry manufactures very high integrity products. Our casting machinery along with much of our shell core machinery is constructed and maintained internally. This not only provides a low cost structure for our customers but also ensures that not only the aluminum castings we manufacture are of extremely high quality, but so is the equipment they are manufactured on. This gives our aluminum foundry the added advantage of not only being experts on permanent mold aluminum castings, but also experts with the equipment and processes used to create them.
