We had the pleasure of giving Sara Raymond staff a "first look" at their new school! This new facility will be a major upgrade from their current building, featuring expanded space, modern amenities, and updated learning environments.

The smiles say it all. We're excited to put the finishing touches on this project and welcome the staff and students into their incredible new school!

Last week, PJ Hoerr had the opportunity to visit Dunlap Wilder-Waite Grade School. We talked to students about the construction of their new school and what all goes into the construction process. Emphasizing the importance of jobsite safety and how to mitigate risk in such a fast-paced environment.

We had lots of fun, thank you to all of our wonderful participants!

Mike Miller Kia is officially under construction! We held a construction kickoff event yesterday marking the beginning of the dealership’s transition to a new showroom and service experience, with the fully completed facility planned to open in 2027.

The Mike Miller Kia project is part of Morrie’s Auto Group’s broader strategy of investing in modern facilities, employee environments, and customer experiences across its growing dealership network. The Peoria project reinforces Morrie’s long‑term commitment to the region and its belief in the continued growth of the community.

Joining in on the celebration was Peoria City Council Members, Andre Allen, Zachary Oyler, Dr. Bernice Gordon-Young, the Bradley Cheerleading Squad and Kaboom, Kia representatives, the Mike Miller dealership sales and service crew, and the PJ Hoerr construction team.

On Friday, we officially broke ground out at Dunlap Wilder-Waite Grade School! More than 300 Wilder-Waite students joined us to celebrate the start of construction on their new school. Designed to support the continued growth of the Dunlap School District, the new facility will feature modern classrooms, a nature-based courtyard learning space, improved drop-off, and bus systems.

We had such a great time celebrating!

The Komatsu Office Building is officially complete, and it's a project we're incredibly proud of. The new facility features three stories of designed office space, including collaboration rooms, training areas, and state-of-the-art lab space.
