We are very excited to announce that starting after memorial weekend we will be offering on site line boring!

We will be able to weld up worn out holes and machine them back out. Or even just open up holes on your used attachments to fit your new machines to allow a perfect finish for pin sizes and/or bushings. Whether it is excavator buckets, H-links, dozer blade mounts, you name it we can refurbish your equipment! We can range from 1 5/8” up to 13” holes!

This operation will open many new opportunities for us as a small business that we are excited to offer to our current and future customers!

It is that time of year and farmers are breaking ground!

We spent some time repairing the folding points on this DB60 John Deere planter. The farmer seen that the gear looked a little crooked in the field when he unfolded it and thankfully he stopped to see what was going on!

They were able to get it back to their shop and do some tare down so we had room to go in and repair it properly!

Making quick work on a dump truck repair!

We got called out to the other side of town for a vi****or that had broke off the bed of this dump truck. Luckily the operator seen it happen and was able to notify us before things got worse!

After cleaning the material and installing a few support plates we welded it up and wired it back together. The truck was back on the road making money the next day!

Friday evening has come fast after finishing up this bucket!

This 36” excavator bucket came in a few weeks ago with worn out shanks and teeth falling off. After the new shanks were ordered we got to work air arcing the old ones off. We also had to deal with some cracks in the bucket due to poor pre heating during initial installation.

These shanks and teeth are technically made for a bigger bucket but we made due with what they had!

Emergency repair on a mini excavator!

We received this first picture of the stick on this John Deere 35D that said “Need your services“ and he wasn’t wrong!

After detaching the bucket and thumb we got right to work cutting the end of the stick off and all the mangled pieces. After a lot of prep work we could tack the end back on and start fabricating new top & bottom plates. Lastly we finished it off with some fish plates to insure the strength and longevity of this repair!

We had the honor to be a part of Pendleton Elementary Intermediate school career day!

Alvin shared his knowledge and passion of welding back into the young community, that might one day interest them in the line of working in the trades in the future!

Taking the time to show kids pictures of different jobs and operations we do might just spark the mind of someone that will achieve great things in this field one day. Thank you for letting us be a part of the career day!

Wrapping up the week at Reynolds Farm Equip!

This morning we went to the Fishers location to assess and repair worn out bushing bosses, on the front of this JD 317 skid steer!

First thing we did is air arc the old weld out and clean up the material, then going back in with the new bosses and getting a few passes around them to insure longevity!

3 point tractor attachment knocked out!

A local farmer wanted us to fabricate a hitch attachment that was stronger than your average hitch, to pull trailers threw fields for tree line removal, and far enough away from the tractor to move livestock trailers and campers around the farm.

I would say that we made that happen!

Quick video of us cutting out a pin on a low boy trailer today at a local farm, that had broke into 3 pieces and seized inside.

The slice rod allows us to blow a hole straight through the pin to release pressure inside. After beating the pin out, we got the hole all cleaned up and aligned and they were able to get the new pin put in!
