A few homes VSS & Sons Home Improvement recently completed in Greeneville, TN using our metal. The difference quality exterior work can make is always impressive.

Got to stop by the job site to see Jolin with Black Sheep Ranch Services and the progress of a pole barn going up in Jonesborough, TN. 💪

Today was all about setting posts. Next up: concrete and trusses! 🔨

Watching Black Sheep Ranch Services bring this project to life has been impressive. Rob brings more than 35 years of operational leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated that lasting success starts with investing in people and empowering them to do their best work.

In his new role, Rob will help strengthen our day-to-day operations by:
