BIG PROJECT. BIG PROGRESS. BIG PLANS AHEAD!

Remember that giant custom hopper we’ve been working on? Well, here’s a little update!

Last month, we welcomed our customer to Cogar Manufacturing to check out their hopper, which we’ve temporarily assembled right here at our facility.

Why assemble something this massive just to take it apart again?

To make sure everything fits exactly as it should before it reaches the customer’s site!

Once our fit-up checks are complete, this giant hopper will be disassembled into smaller sections, shipped to its destination, and fully assembled by our service team on-site.

And the next time it all comes together? It’ll be getting ready to do what it was built to do, handle some serious material!

While they were here, our customers also toured the facility, checked out other projects underway, and discussed some exciting possibilities for the future.

That’s one of our favorite parts of what we do. It’s not just about building equipment. It’s about building relationships and working together to make big ideas happen.

Stay tuned! We can’t wait to see this one fully assembled and in action!
