On Friday, June 12, 2026, Cogar Manufacturing was proud to participate in the Friends of Coal Golf Tournament alongside many of our customers, industry partners, vendors, local businesses, and supporters of the coal industry.

Events like this are a great reminder of the strong relationships and sense of community that make our industry special. It was an enjoyable day spent networking, sharing laughs, and supporting an industry that continues to provide jobs, energy, and economic opportunities throughout our region.

We were proud to be set up on Hole #6 throughout the tournament, handing out free snacks, drinks, and Cogar giveaways to participants. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and spend a few minutes with us. We had a great time and can’t wait to see everyone again next year!

We would also like to recognize the important work that Friends of Coal does in promoting and advocating for the coal industry while supporting local communities and initiatives across Appalachia. Their efforts help bring people together and ensure the voices of coal miners, their families, and the businesses that support them continue to be heard.

Thank you to the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who participated. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a great event and look forward to next year!
