What does a grounding brush do?
It extends the lifetime of your motors when using VFDs. High-frequency currents cause shaft voltage buildup, which can discharge through the bearings and cause damage over time. A good grounding brush effectively discharges this voltage by giving it another pathway to the ground, avoiding the bearings.
