With a diverse background in sales and management as well as being a networking marvel, long time employee Maria, along with her dedicated team has catapulted the FarraTech brand beyond the metro Atlanta horizons. FarraTech is a small office products company looking to expand. We are looking for an experienced service technician to join our team and support our product lines (Xerox, Epson, HP). The position would involve inside (benchwork) and outside equipment set up, repair and maintenance. Ideally, I’m looking for an individual with a couple of years of experience who would like to work their way into a management role as we grow (short time horizon). Please let me know if you might be interested in discussing this opportunity or if you might know someone else who is looking for an opportunity. What makes us different? Our “sales” compensation program (in addition to base salary plus bonus).
Responsibilities
• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on-site
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers onsite
• Set up / repair equipment, in-house, for our depot programs
• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
• Complete ongoing training courses for all product lines
• Should expect to service printers and mfps.

Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years' installing and maintaining machines
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• A desire to earn legitimate commissions on equipment sales
