Before the Machine Makes the Part, It Needs the Right Program.

Programming a CNC machine is much more than entering a few measurements and pressing start.

Each project begins by reviewing the drawing, selecting the correct tools, determining the best cutting sequence, and creating a program that tells the machine exactly where and how to move.

The programmer must consider:
• Part dimensions and tolerances
• Material type
• Cutting speeds and feeds
• Tool selection
• Depth of each cut
• Workholding and part position
• The safest and most efficient order of operations

MIG welding is commonly used for fabrication and production because it delivers consistent welds with high productivity. It's an excellent choice for many steel, stainless, and aluminum applications.

TIG Welding (GTAW)
Precision and appearance.
TIG welding provides exceptional control and produces clean, high-quality welds, making it ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, and projects where strength and appearance are equally important.

Stick Welding (SMAW)
Tough and dependable.
