Kern Metal Craft Metal Shop To pay homage to my late grandfather, Erich Kern, I'm changing Barrett Designs to Kern Metal Craft.

It was the name of his company and I want his legacy to live on. Unfortunately I was never able to learn the craft from him. He passed away in 2001, a few years before I knew what I wanted to do in life. I have several years experience in steel fabrication. I am also a subcontracted designer/fabricator for The Steel Yard.

Who would have ever thought I would have followed in my Opa's footsteps. He passed before I had a path in life and he would have been a great teacher to have learned the trade from.

2x3" angle iron brackets for stair treads. Can we talk about that staircase 😍 all mahogany wood.
1" and 1 1/4" id sched 40 pipe with 1/2" and 3/4" solid round bar.
Powdercoated satin black 🤤
