It’s spooky season here at Goff Welding! Some are getting into the Halloween spirit, while others might be a little more spooked than they’d like to admit! 😂👻

Happy Halloween from all of us at Goff Welding! 🎃🦇

Our quarterly meeting was a great opportunity to learn, reflect, and continue growing together as a team!

We spent time discussing safety, the importance of humility, and how we can keep our shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.

We also participated in an activity where everyone had the opportunity to share things they love about Goff Welding and areas where they would like to see improvement. We believe that creating a comfortable and supportive work environment starts with listening to our employees and giving everyone a voice.

At Goff Welding, we want our employees to feel comfortable sharing their ideas, offering feedback, and helping us find ways to improve. By listening to one another and working together, we can continue building a stronger team and an even better company.

Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to help make Goff Welding a great place to work! 🎉

We’ve had so many new faces join the Goff Welding team lately, and we’re excited to introduce everyone! Today, we’re highlighting **Kevin Barnard, our new Procurement Manager!**

Kevin brings more than 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from BYU-Idaho and has worked across a variety of industries, from ASME and NQA1 fabrication shops to powersports engine manufacturing and multi-site agricultural operations.

At Goff Welding, Kevin enjoys being part of a team that values flexibility, finding solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs, and working alongside a great group of down-to-earth people.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time in the Idaho mountains with his wife and four boys. He loves backpacking in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter!

Welcome to the team, Kevin! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to all you’ll bring to Goff Welding! 👏

🎉 Happy 6 Year Work Anniversary, Luke! 🎉

This week we celebrated Luke Allen and 6 years with Goff Welding! Luke is the first person to reach this milestone, and we’re thankful for everything he has brought to Goff over the years.

His coworkers describe him as someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and always willing to help. He’s taught a lot of people along the way, whether it’s sharing his knowledge of the food industry, offering advice on a job, or simply having someone’s back when they need it.

One thing that really stands out is Luke’s attention to detail, welding skills, sense of humor, and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on the team.

We’re grateful for everything Luke has taught us, the friendships he’s built, and the commitment he’s made to Goff Welding. We’re lucky to have him on the team and look forward to seeing what he accomplishes next!

Congratulations on 6 years, Luke! 👏 🎉

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Cecilia Reyes 🌟

Help us celebrate Cecilia Reyes on her 4-year work anniversary with Goff Welding! 🎉

Cecilia is our Finance & Administration Manager, and while a lot of what she does happens behind the scenes, her impact is felt throughout the entire company. From keeping things organized to handling the many details that keep our business moving, this place truly wouldn’t run the same without her.

Over the past four years, Cecilia has grown not only professionally, but personally as well. What started as a job in a completely different industry has turned into an opportunity for her to learn, grow, lead, and help those around her grow too.

We are so thankful for the dedication, support, and all the behind-the-scenes work Cecilia puts in every day. She is a huge part of what makes Goff Welding what it is, and we’re lucky to have her on our team.

Congratulations on 4 years, Cecilia! We appreciate everything you do! ❤️👏
